Our Mission
Our mission is to inspire and guide young students through comprehensive and innovative sports development. We are committed to fostering a supportive environment that cultivates strong thinking skills, character-building, and a passion for athletic excellence. By promoting teamwork & leadership, discipline, and individual growth, we aim to equip young minds with the tools they need to thrive as future leaders.
Faulkner Training & Development
We offer a fun, engaging, and effective training program that specialize in the athletic development for students ages 5-12 years old. Our focus is the development of athletic skills for children with an interest and passion for sports. Education efforts and good behavior at school AND home is a prerequisite for our programs.
Coach Arthur "Moon" Faulkner, Jr.
Arthur "Moon" Faulkner, Jr. has been apart of the Memphis Basketball Community since he was a child himself. He has over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages and knows how to effectively communicate with any age group. Coach Faulkner is dedicated to the advancement of the children of the Mid-South. He believes that education should be top priority and using athletics to build character of these young leaders.
Education Values
Although sports is our passion, EDUCATION is our priority. Our athletes will be required to strive for good grades and behave with high conduct in the classrooms. For our athlete's that may be struggling with grades we will provide tutoring with educators that has a passion to contribute to the development of children. Our mentorship program will provide our athletes with a mentor that they can depend on for advice and guidance.
